Completion of registration shall be deemed an acknowledgment by the Parent\/Guardian of the accuracy of the submitted information and consent for the male or female student to participate in the Program.<\/p><p>The Parent\/Guardian is responsible for ensuring that the Program is suitable for the Participant in terms of age, health condition, attendance commitment, and ability to participate effectively in the activities.<\/p><p>The Parent\/Guardian and the Participant further acknowledge that the nature of educational, technical, and applied programs may include practical or interactive activities and the use of tools, devices, and digital platforms, and that such activities may involve natural and customary risks inherent to these activities. The Oasis shall take reasonable measures to maintain the safety of Participants; however, it shall not be liable for damages resulting from violation of instructions, individual conduct by the Participant, or misuse of tools, devices, or facilities, within the limits prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><h3><strong> Scope of Application<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>These Terms apply to all electronic transactions within the Kingdom relating to account creation, program registration, ticket or seat purchases, payment, attendance, participation, and communications associated with the Oasis\u2019s programs and events.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><h3><strong> Account Creation and Registration<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided when creating an account or completing the registration form.<\/p><p>The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for any activity conducted through their account.<\/p><p>The Oasis reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration if incorrect, duplicated, or non-compliant information is found.<\/p><p>The Oasis may reject or cancel the participation of any Participant, before or during the Program, if it is found that incorrect or misleading information or documents have been submitted, material information has been concealed, or any Program terms or instructions have been violated, without any obligation to provide compensation, subject to applicable laws and the Oasis\u2019s approved policies.<\/p><p>Completing the registration form does not guarantee seat reservation unless all requirements are completed, including payment where applicable and receipt of the booking confirmation message.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><h3><strong> Program Registration and Purchase of Tickets or Seats<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>Ticket or seat prices, where applicable, are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include any declared taxes or fees.<\/p><p>The purchase or booking confirmation process is completed upon electronic payment and receipt of the confirmation message.<\/p><p>Special discount codes may be available, such as early registration discounts or group discounts, and these discounts are subject to their terms and conditions and seat availability.<\/p><p>Tickets or seats may not be resold or commercially exploited in any form.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><h3><strong> Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The User may cancel the purchase up to 72 hours before the start of the event or Program and receive a refund in accordance with the mechanism approved by the Oasis.<\/p><p>Refunds may not be available in cases of absence, late arrival, withdrawal after the start of the Program, or violation of the Terms and instructions.<\/p><p>If payment is not completed within the period specified on the platform, the system may automatically cancel the booking and make the seat available to another Participant.<\/p><p>The Oasis reserves the right to modify the Program date, cancel it, or change certain operational details when necessary, while notifying registered participants through the available communication channels.<\/p><p>The Oasis may also take any operational measures it deems appropriate in the event of circumstances beyond its control or force majeure, including modifying dates, changing the method of delivery, suspending the Program, or cancelling it, as the Oasis deems necessary to ensure Participant safety and the proper delivery of the Program.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><h3><strong> Tracks and Age Groups<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The appropriate Program or track for the Participant shall be determined based on age or the criteria approved in the registration form.<\/p><p>The Oasis has the right to reject registration or move it to the waiting list if the Participant\u2019s age falls outside the target age group or if seats are fully booked.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><h3><strong> Program Duration and Sessions<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The duration of each Program in the Summer Makers Camp \u2013 Maker Lab is 12 training hours, distributed over 3 days.<\/p><p>The sessions are as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Morning session: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.<br \/>\u2022 Evening session: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"9\"><li><h3><strong> Attendance and Punctuality<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Participant must attend the session selected during registration and commit to attending throughout all days of the Program.<\/p><p>It is preferable to arrive sufficiently before the session begins to complete entry and reception procedures.<\/p><p>Repeated absence or lateness may affect the Participant\u2019s eligibility to complete the Program, receive a certificate of participation, or take part in the final project or activity, if any.<\/p><p>Certificates, awards, or announced benefits for Participants, if any, are subject to fulfilling the Program requirements and controls, including attendance, active participation, compliance with instructions, and completion of the required activities or projects. The Oasis has the right to withhold the certificate, award, or benefit in the event of any breach of the approved terms or conduct rules.<\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><h3><strong> Health Conditions and Special Needs<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Parent\/Guardian must disclose any health condition, allergy, or special need of the Participant in the designated field within the registration form.<\/p><p>If there are Participants with special needs, prior coordination with the Visitor Services team or Program team is requested to provide the necessary accommodations according to available capabilities.<\/p><p>The Oasis shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to disclose a health condition, allergy, or special need at the time of registration.<\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><h3><strong> Emergency First Aid and Urgent Medical Measures<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Parent\/Guardian acknowledges that, in the event of an emergency, health condition, or injury affecting the Participant while present in the Program, and if the Parent\/Guardian cannot be contacted with the required speed, the Oasis may take the urgent first aid or medical measures it deems necessary to safeguard the Participant\u2019s safety. This may include requesting ambulance services, transferring the Participant to an appropriate medical facility, or providing available first aid, without prejudice to the Parent\/Guardian\u2019s responsibility to follow up on the Participant\u2019s health condition and any costs that may arise from the relevant medical authorities, if any.<\/p><ol start=\"12\"><li><h3><strong> Allergens and Meals<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>Reviewing these Terms shall be deemed implicit consent and acknowledgment that meals or hospitality provided at the Oasis, if any, may contain one or more of the following ingredients: seafood, gluten, dairy products, eggs, nuts, sesame, mustard, or any other allergens.<\/p><p>Therefore, students who suffer from food allergies should be advised to bring a suitable alternative compatible with their health condition, and the Program team should be informed in advance.<\/p><ol start=\"13\"><li><h3><strong> Entry to the Oasis<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>Entry to the Oasis requires scanning the ticket or confirming registration upon arrival. Therefore, please ensure that the ticket or confirmation is available to the registrant, whether printed or saved on a mobile phone.<\/p><p>The Oasis may request verification of the Participant\u2019s identity or registration details upon entry.<\/p><ol start=\"14\"><li><h3><strong> Compliance with Public Decency<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>All visitors and Participants must comply with public facility etiquette and public decency.<\/p><p>Inappropriate clothing must be avoided, including short or tight clothing or clothing that violates public decency or the applicable laws, regulations, and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p><ol start=\"15\"><li><h3><strong> Rules of Conduct<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas and are prohibited during educational activities or inside areas specified by the Oasis.<\/p><p>Participants must treat trainers, supervisors, staff, visitors, and other Participants with respect.<\/p><p>Participants are prohibited from engaging in any abusive or inappropriate conduct, including bullying, verbal or physical abuse, harassment, discrimination, damage to facilities or devices, misuse of systems, networks, or digital tools, or any conduct that may affect the safety, privacy, or proper progress of the Program.<\/p><p>The Oasis reserves the right to suspend the participation of any person who disrupts order, interferes with activities, or refuses to comply with instructions.<\/p><p>The Oasis may also take any organizational, educational, or operational measures it deems appropriate in the event of violation of the Rules of Conduct, including issuing a warning, informing the Parent\/Guardian, temporarily or permanently suspending participation, or requesting that the Participant leave the premises, without any obligation to provide an alternative or compensation.<\/p><ol start=\"16\"><li><h3><strong> Use of Software, Platforms, Digital Tools, and Artificial Intelligence Technologies<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Program may include the use of software, educational platforms, digital tools, artificial intelligence technologies, or technical devices for educational and applied purposes. The Participant shall use these tools in accordance with the instructions issued by trainers or the Program team, and in a manner that preserves the intellectual property rights and usage rights of the Oasis, partners, service providers, or owners of such tools.<\/p><p>Software, platforms, networks, or devices may not be used for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates applicable laws, public morals, intellectual property rights, or cybersecurity requirements. Participants are also prohibited from attempting to breach systems, exceed authorized permissions, copy materials, share accounts, or upload or circulate harmful or prohibited content.<\/p><p>If artificial intelligence tools are used during the Program, the Participant shall not enter any personal or confidential data relating to themselves or others except in accordance with the Program instructions, and shall use such tools only for the specified educational purposes.<\/p><ol start=\"17\"><li><h3><strong> Photography and Media Documentation<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>By completing the registration process, the Parent\/Guardian expressly agrees to the photographing or recording of the Participant during the Program and to the use of photos or visual or audio materials for documentation, reporting, marketing, media, and institutional publication purposes related to the Oasis.<\/p><p>The Oasis may take photographs or record the Program or visit by video for these purposes without the need to obtain any additional subsequent consent. Completion of registration and the Participant\u2019s attendance at the Program shall be deemed express consent to such use.<\/p><p>If there is any specific objection to photographing or recording the Participant, the Parent\/Guardian must submit a written objection to the Program team or Visitor Services team before the start of the Program, and the request will be handled according to available operational capabilities.<\/p><ol start=\"18\"><li><h3><strong> Photography Restrictions by Visitors<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>Photography inside the Oasis is permitted for educational, personal, and non-commercial purposes only, provided that it does not affect the progress of activities or the safety of visitors.<\/p><p>Employees, other visitors, or Participants may not be photographed without their consent.<\/p><p>The use of professional photography equipment, such as additional lighting, tripods, or any photography tools that may obstruct movement within the visit or Program path, is prohibited.<\/p><p>The Oasis may stop or restrict photography at any time if it considers that such photography compromises privacy, security, or the proper conduct of programs.<\/p><ol start=\"19\"><li><h3><strong> Projects and Applied Outputs<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Program may include a project, applied activity, or educational output that Participants work on individually or in teams, and which may be presented or documented at the end of the Program according to the nature of the track.<\/p><p>The implementation of any project or applied activity shall not impose any obligation on the Oasis or partners to develop, publish, or convert it into a product or service, unless expressly stated in a separate announcement or written agreement.<\/p><p>Projects and applied outputs include, but are not limited to, games, prototypes, designs, software code, creative ideas, technical solutions, or innovations developed during the Program.<\/p><ol start=\"20\"><li><h3><strong> Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>All logos, content, and materials owned by the Oasis are protected under Saudi intellectual property laws and may not be copied or used without express permission.<\/p><p>Materials and content provided by partners or implementing entities, such as curricula, presentations, tools, or trademarks, are also subject to their respective intellectual property rights.<\/p><p>The original intellectual property rights in projects, games, innovations, or applied outputs developed by Participants during the Program shall remain with the Participant or team of Participants, according to each person\u2019s contribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing or where certain elements of the project are based on materials, tools, or content owned by the Oasis, partners, service providers, or other parties.<\/p><p>The Participant and Parent\/Guardian shall ensure that any materials, images, sounds, code, designs, or content used in the project are lawfully used and do not infringe the rights of others, and that the terms of use of the software, platforms, and digital tools used during the Program are complied with.<\/p><p>The Oasis may use photos or general descriptions of Participants\u2019 projects or applied outputs for documentation purposes or to highlight Program outcomes, while taking into account privacy and relevant laws and regulations.<\/p><p>The Participant and Parent\/Guardian grant the Oasis a non-exclusive and irrevocable right to use, display, document, and publish photos, descriptions, or excerpts of the project or applied output for educational, media, marketing, or reporting purposes without financial compensation.<\/p><p>This includes the Oasis\u2019s right to display the project, its image, description, or excerpts from it in reports, presentations, marketing materials, social media, exhibitions, events, or educational platforms affiliated with the Oasis, without this resulting in any transfer of ownership of the project or any obligation on the Oasis to develop, market, or commercially invest in it.<\/p><ol start=\"21\"><li><h3><strong> Participants\u2019 Personal Belongings<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Participant and Parent\/Guardian are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings brought to the Oasis, including electronic devices, mobile phones, bags, watches, valuables, or any other personal items.<\/p><p>The Oasis shall not be responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, except within the limits prescribed by applicable laws and regulations. Participants are advised not to bring any valuables or items that are not necessary for the Program.<\/p><ol start=\"22\"><li><h3><strong> Compliance with Instructions<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>All visitors and Participants are required to comply with instructions issued by the Oasis\u2019s representatives, the Program team, or trainers.<\/p><p>In the event of non-compliance, the Oasis has the right to refuse entry, end the visit, suspend participation, or request that the person leave the premises, without any obligation to provide an alternative or compensation.<\/p><ol start=\"23\"><li><h3><strong> Certificates, Awards, and Benefits<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>Certificates, awards, benefits, presentation opportunities, or recognition opportunities announced for Participants, if any, are subject to fulfilling the Program requirements and controls, including attendance, punctuality, completion of required tasks or projects, compliance with the Rules of Conduct, and respect for intellectual property rights.<\/p><p>The Oasis has the right to withhold the certificate, award, or benefit, or exclude the Participant from nomination, presentation, or recognition, in the event of violation of the Terms, instructions, or approved conduct rules, or in the event of submission of incorrect information or violation of Program requirements.<\/p><ol start=\"24\"><li><h3><strong> Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Oasis shall not be responsible for any delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the Program or any part thereof if this arises from circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, epidemics, emergencies, major technical failures, interruption of essential services, government decisions or instructions, or any other circumstance that prevents the implementation of the Program or affects its dates or the safety of Participants.<\/p><p>In such cases, the Oasis may take the appropriate action at its discretion, including rescheduling, changing the method of delivery, modifying the content or sessions, or cancelling the Program, while notifying Participants through available communication channels whenever possible.<\/p><ol start=\"25\"><li><h3><strong> Complaints, Grievances, and Inquiries<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Oasis allows Users, Parents\/Guardians, and Participants to submit complaints, grievances, or inquiries relating to registration, participation, or the services provided through the Oasis\u2019s approved communication channels, including email or any other means announced by the Oasis.<\/p><p>The Oasis shall receive and review the request in accordance with its approved internal procedures, and may request additional information or documents to process the request. A response shall be provided within a reasonable period depending on the nature and complexity of the request, while taking into account applicable laws and policies.<\/p><p>For inquiries or complaints, please contact: <a href=\"mailto:info@ks-scienceoasis.org.sa\">info@ks-scienceoasis.org.sa<\/a><\/p><ol start=\"26\"><li><h3><strong> Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Oasis shall not be responsible for technical failures beyond its control, improper use of the Website by the User, entry of incorrect data, or failure to review instructions and notifications sent.<\/p><p>The Oasis shall also not be responsible for any liability resulting from the Parent\/Guardian\u2019s failure to disclose a health condition, special need, or allergy of the Participant.<\/p><p>The Oasis shall not be responsible for damages or losses resulting from the Participant\u2019s or Parent\/Guardian\u2019s violation of instructions, misuse of devices, tools, or platforms, individual conduct of the Participant, or loss or damage of personal belongings, within the limits prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.<\/p><ol start=\"27\"><li><h3><strong> Partners and Implementing Entities<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Oasis may engage partners, implementing entities, or service providers to organize programs or provide content, technical support, or operational support.<\/p><p>Necessary data may be shared with these entities within the limits required for registration, implementation, operation, evaluation, and communication purposes, and in accordance with applicable laws and controls.<\/p><ol start=\"28\"><li><h3><strong> Amendments to the Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Oasis reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the guidelines relating to visits or programs at any time without prior notice.<\/p><p>Continued use of the Website or attendance at the Program after publication of the amendment shall be deemed acceptance thereof.<\/p><ol start=\"29\"><li><h3><strong> Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p><p>The competent Saudi courts in Riyadh shall have judicial jurisdiction.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Second: Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h2><ol><li><h3><strong> Types of Data We Collect<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>When submitting a registration request to the Oasis, we request a set of basic personal information or data to complete the registration process. Such data is used within the scope of managing registration, verifying information, operating the Program, protecting the Oasis\u2019s systems, communicating with the User, and issuing the necessary reports.<\/p><p>By entering your information or personal data, you implicitly agree to the Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>The User may provide personal data through the Website, which may include the following:<\/p><ul><li>Identification data, such as name, national ID or residency number, date of birth, age, nationality, and gender.<br \/>\u2022 Contact data, such as email address, mobile number, and Parent\/Guardian details.<br \/>\u2022 Registration data, such as selected Program, session, track, payment status, order number, discount code, and attendance status.<br \/>\u2022 Limited health data, such as the existence of an allergy, health condition, or special need, for the purpose of safeguarding the Participant\u2019s safety during the Program.<br \/>\u2022 Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, browsing logs within the Website, and related usage data.<br \/>\u2022 Data related to the use of platforms or digital or educational tools during the Program, to the extent necessary to operate the Program, manage participation, protect systems, and evaluate outputs.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><h3><strong> Purposes of Use<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><p>The Oasis uses
